I found these treasures couple days ago. I was setting my own flea market booth ready, but I also found something for me too. First I thought these Marimekko cups might be a little stuffy with color, but later on I realized that I did walk out with them. Well I guess I can't resist stripes. I also found this Arabia's Kalevala year plate with my birht year on it. My mom has these, but I haven't thought much of them before. But now I decided to have one. I was thinking of getting my husband's birth year too and I have another idea what will go with them perfectly, but more about that later.
Löysin nämä aarteet muutama päivä sitten. Olin laittamassa omaa kirppisloosiani valmiiksi, mutta löysin samalla myös itselleni jotain. Mietin aluksi ovatko nämä Marimekon kupit hieman tunkkaiset väriltään, mutta jotenkin ne vain kantsutuivat lopulta kotiin. En siiis osaa vastustaa raitoja. Löysin myös tämän Arabian Kalevala vuosilautasen omalla syntymävuodellani. Äitini on näitä koonnut, mutta minä en ole aiemmin niistä paljoakaan perustanut, mutta nyt päätin hankkia myös tällaisen. Ajattelin hankkia myös mieheni syntymävuoden ja on minulla sitten idea, mikä muu siihen sopisi yhteen, mutta siitä sitten myöhemmin.
